I monica Nankoma conducted an income assessment with my client Peter Ndelo and his income is as follows.
He has three sources of income as listed below:

He spends Ushs. 70,000 on food per month.
He caters for his young brothers education and pays school fees of Ushs. 90,000/=
He pays rent of 50,000/=
He caters for his parents and sends them 50,000/= per month.
He uses airtime of 20,000/= in a month.
His total expenses are Ushs. 280,000/= in a month.
He has a bank account and saves Ushs. 70, 000/= per month.
He wants a loan of Ushs. 800,000/=
Peter and I have agreed that he is capable of repaying back his loan in 8 installements of Ushs. 114,000/=
